2. Use appropriate and accurate equipment and try to use specialized items, and avoid using fabrics and short fibers as much as possible.

3. Try to maintain the cleaning of bearings and their surrounding environment as much as possible. Even if tiny dust that cannot be seen by the naked eye enters the bearings, it will add wear, oscillation, and noise to the bearings.

4. To avoid corrosion of bearings, when taking bearings directly by hand, it is necessary to thoroughly wash away the liquid on the hands and apply excellent mineral oil before operation. Pay special attention to rust prevention during dry and straight seasons. Under certain special operating conditions, bearings can achieve better service life than traditional calculations, especially under light loads. These special operating conditions refer to the external damage that may occur when the moving surface (trajectory and moving element) is effectively separated and restrained by a smooth oil film from pollutants. In fact, under ambitious conditions, the so-called long-lasting bearing life is possible.

Of course, maintenance work is also essential during the use of bearings. If the bearings are not well maintained and the water-soluble cutting fluid is used, it is likely to cause corrosion of the metal surface by water, resulting in poor smoothness of the bearing surface and improper operation of the machine tool and machinery, causing significant harm. Therefore, bearing maintenance work is inevitable.

1. Maintain bearing lubrication and cleanliness Before inspecting the bearings, the surface of the bearings should be cleaned first, and then the bearings of the parts should be removed. Special attention should be paid to the fact that oil seals are fragile parts, so do not apply excessive force during inspection and bearing disassembly to avoid damaging the bearing components. If the oil seal of the bearing and its surrounding parts shows poor symptoms during inspection, please replace it to avoid bearing damage caused by poor oil seals.

2. Ensure the quality of bearing lubricating oil Later on, many discovered that the bearing life was too short, which was normal due to other factors, but the quality of the lubricant was also directly affected. Check the lubricant of the bearing: the lubricant has a small friction between the two fingers.

If there are any pollutants, they can be felt; Alternatively, apply a thin layer of oil on the back of the hand and seal it with light for inspection. Then replace the lubricant of the bearing.

3. Working environment of bearings Check the bearings to prevent them from being exposed to environmental pollutants or moisture. If the first two points appear, a paper covering machine made of plastic or similar materials should be used. The working environment of bearings is also very important. Many machines use bearings because the working environment is not sufficient, which leads to the premature end of the bearing's life.

4. Bearing sealing
